I am going to do this everyday and post the result (My stomach is kinda flat but not toned, this is why I want to do it) Day 1: its Been so much since I haven’t done abs, I swear it was tooo difficult but I kept pushing Day 2: felt a little burn in the morning. More easier to do the planks now Day 3: done Day 4: dude this workout doesn’t get any easier 😂😂😂 but it is what I love about Pamela‘a workout (I also noticed some abss coming😍😍) Day 5: done (also to get results faster I cut refined sugar and snacking at every hour lmao) Day 6: I can see the 11 lines abs and a light 4 pack in the middle 🤩

The hand movements were the only thing I could focus on I was so busy trying to mimic her sexy hand motions that I forgot I was working out 🤣💜I’m sweating so much rn I’m shocked I’m not extremely tired

Remember that you shouldn't work your abs or any muscle group everyday! Muscles need time to repair themselves so make sure you eat lots of protein in between workouts.

You can do deep breathing exercise for 5-10 mins after this it will help to calm down a bit.

i really like this kind of slow workout set. With her faster ones (hiit) I sometimes can’t keep a good form, but with this one I can keep good form and grow muscle. I hope Pamela will design more of this kind of slow workouts

I did this stretching routine for about 2 weeks every day and I got my splits! I wasn't able to do them before though. I was probably 6 inches above the ground, and when I went as far as I could go, it hurt. But because of this video I got my splits and I basically do splits everyday! I do splits with my right leg in front, but I am going to start stretching again so that way I have my left splits. Thank you so much! Edit: I forgot to mention that I randomly slide into splits now. I even want to do the splits in stores when I'm there! 🤣 I'll just be walking down my hallway when all of a sudden....boom. I just slide into my splits 😂😂😂😂😂 Again thank you so much for this video!

Just a side note since many of us here are beginners: Your neck is hurting because you aren’t lifting with your abs, but with your neck. Once you get a little stronger you will be able to engage your core better and it will help with the pain. For the first week my neck was straining pretty bad, but I’m onto week 3 and feeling much better now that I’m properly engaging my core.
